Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead and expand our solar product business across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will manage regional teams, drive revenue growth, expand into new markets, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business operations across Tamil Nadu
  • Lead a team of 4–5 members (Sales Engineers, Inside Sales, Team Leaders)
  • Drive sales growth, improve margins, and boost customer satisfaction
  • Handle existing accounts and explore new business opportunities
  • Expand aggressively in Tier 2 & 3 cities
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, EBITDA, and profitability
  • Build and manage dealer/distributor networks
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility
  • Address service/technical issues and define Turnaround Times (TATs)
  • Develop monthly/quarterly business plans
  • Drive top-line and bottom-line growth
  • Support brand launches in new locations
  • Engage with dealers, integrators, and commission agents
  • Introduce new/improved products and services to customers
  • Own and grow key metrics: Member Base, Engagement, Profitability

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of channel/retail sales in solar products (e.g., solar plants, inverters, UPS, batteries)
  • B2B sales experience, especially with system integrators or installers
  • Fluent in Tamil and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong in team management, decision-making, and time management
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Tamil Nadu’s local market and customer base
  • Existing network with builders, electrical contractors, or consultants is a plus
  • Proven ability to strategize, execute, and scale sustainable business models

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive to engage with potential customers over the phone, promote solar solutions, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using company-provided or self-sourced databases in Tamil Nadu
  • Promote solar products and services by clearly explaining features and benefits
  • Generate and qualify sales leads based on customer interest and potential
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales closures to meet monthly targets
  • Conduct follow-up and feedback calls to gather insights and escalate key issues to management
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or field visits for the external sales team
  • Accurately log call outcomes and customer details in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, closures)
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement
  • Support business growth by fostering positive connections with partners and prospects
  • May require sitting for long hours and working on weekends/holidays when needed

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Retail or Channel Sales (Solar or FMCG preferred)
  • Background in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles is a plus
  • Fluent in Tamil and English with a clear and confident phone manner
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and updating sales data
  • Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Basic understanding of solar products or prior experience in B2B sales is an advantage
