Salary Scale : 2.4 Lacs to 4.2 Lacs Per Annum

Role & Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for growing & handling business in the state of Tamil Nadu,
  • Should have managed 4-5 team members, which includes Sales Engineers / Managers, Inside Sales & team leaders,
  • Building up rapport with business partners in converting business with best practical results like profitable revenue, margin improvement, and satisfied customers,
  • Managing and growing business with existing customers & ensuring the addition of new potential prospects in the territory,
  • Work hard to exceed customer expectations,
  • Aggressive expansion of tier 2 & tier 3 belt of the region,
  • Ensuring the achievement of the Sales budget for the regions, ensuring the EBITDA & business profitability,
  • Building stronger prospects & alliance partners like dealers, channel partners, commission agents, etc. within the region along with the team & work closely with Marketing to broaden the brand & technology presence in the region of responsibility,
  • Administering zone technical & service-related issues, along with defining & correcting the processes & TAT for the products & services offered by BRBK,
  • Responsible for overall Business Plan and Expansion of BRBK’s Business,
  • Responsible for creating monthly/quarterly strategic business plans for the respective zone in terms of the Sales and operation planning for the projections for every month/quarter,
  • Responsible for the overall sales targets for the region, driving top line & bottom line for the zone,
  • Work with the management to build the business in the zone assigned and to launch the brand across multiple cities,
  • Constantly explore & develop new leads/markets to accelerate growth and acquiring & engaging with different market from Large Format Dealers/channel partners to Stand-alone smaller format system integrators, commission agents providing the best possible support, and business development with an attitude to grow your market,
  • Ensuring customers in the region are provided with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region.
  • Own & steadily grow the key business metrics for respective assigned Region & Markets – Member base, Active base, Engagement metrics & Profitability

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • 3 to5 Years’ experience in Retail, Channel Sales selling Solar based products and service like Solar Power Plants, Solar Water Heaters, Solar Inverters, UPS, Batteries (Tubular & Lithium), etc.,
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing/Retail from a Tier 1 Institute (Preferred),
  • Effective & Impactful Communication (Tamil & English – Written & Verbal),
  • Time Management, Delegation and Decision-Making skills will be highly preferred,
  • Team player – experience in working coordination with multiple functions,
  • Good understanding & exposure to the defined territory,
  • Connects with Reputed builders, Electrical contractors & consultants/specifiers will be an added advantage,
  • Experience in B2B handling, preferably with system integrators & installers
  • Proven abilities in strategizing & planning a sustainable business model
